This is the place to be in Times Square. Bustling with people. Perfect city room. Great breakfast literally just steps away from THE TIMES SQUARE!

I liked the graciousness of the staff I encountered, the kitchenette we opted to pay extra to include in our room, and the hotel's great location. I didn't like that the lobby is under renovation, but we got no discount that I could see on that basis (no real lobby, more like a small bus terminal type of room on the second floor). Also, we weren't informed of the construction being done during our stay until several days before we arrived, although the management was surely aware of it long before our stay. I do think the hotel will be wonderful when the renovations are complete.

Clean property. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was a nice buffet but crowded.

Lovely stay, would recommend again

I had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable, and the staff was exceptional. My highlight was John, the concierge. He recommended fantastic restaurants for both lunch and dinner, and he was incredibly personable and friendly throughout my stay. Thank you for being authentic, John. Your genuine care made my experience even better.
