ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

The staff was amazing. This place is perfect for snorkeling, swimming with sharks and for survivor tv show fans.

Sadly the reality of this resort was not quite what was promised when booking. Major plumbing issues causing bad smells and water off or limited pressure for over 2 days of our stay. While we thought there were 2-3 dining options there was only 1 restaurant and 1 menu. Also limited places to take a decent walk and communication overall was poor. We were unaware of significant renovations occurring on the resort and felt that there was not enough acknowledgement of the impact this had on a hard saved for holiday. Would definitely not go back and would not recommend

First time in Fiji, the location is remote, quiet, and peaceful. There are only 5 Villas, the staff remember your name and preference of drinks and food. Everyone is so welcoming, the weather was perfect for us, highest 74°, water was not hot it was room temperature, and very swimmable. Special thanks to Nancy who was super kind and helpful, Carlos who gave us a sunset tour on our first night here and was patient, friendly, and informative, and Kasi who remembered our preferred cocktail, the boat crew was amazing, the rest of the staff (can't remember your name but I take back wonderful memories!). Pictures don't do it justice, it's paradise on earth, I can't wait to come back!

We had an incredible stay at Vatu Vonu. The accommodation was beautiful and the view exceeded our expectations. Seni and Waqa, along with their daughter JJ, went above and beyond to take care of us. From their warm welcome to the delicious meals they prepared, we felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Likuliku for our honeymoon in July 2026. We have always dreamed of going to Fiji, and our stay at Likuliku surpassed our expectations. While the resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful, the attention to detail and amazing service by the staff made our trip so memorable. Some of the things that stood out to us: * The staff remembers our names, drink orders, and room number * We get a friendly hello and goodbye for every interaction * The kitchen has very creative and delicious food for every meal (all inclusive) * We receive a personal snorkel set to go out snorkeling in the beautiful lagoon whenever we wanted * Staff sings/plays music when we arrive and depart * Turn down for bedtime: they tidy up your room, get your bed ready, and leave water and 2 bedtime stories for you to read before sleep * The staff always asks about our day and activities we did * Everyone makes you feel at home * Bula — all of Likuliku’s staff truly embody “Bula” which is a Fijian greeting but also a warm wish for good health and happiness — like “Aloha” in Hawaii Some staff members that went above and beyond and really made our stay special, were the following: * Wai from reception * Rosi by the pool * Leba from the restaurant * Kinney from activities Vinaka vakalevu, Likuliku!

We loved this little resort. It was a perfect way to have a few quiet days after a 2 week cruise. The staff were all very kind and helpful, we had pizza one night that wasn't bad and fish dinner the other night. We were almost the only guests...another couple was there also. The chef offered to cook anything we wanted for dinner. The continental breakfast was simple but convenient. The best perk was getting picked up right infront of the cruise ship, literally, see the photo! We enjoyed using the kayaks, but swimming and snorkeling wasn't what we hoped it could be. This was a wonderful, quaint experience but not luxury. The boat shuttle could be off putting to some but we loved it.

The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. I had such a great and relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking at Fiji to look here. The property could use a little TLC but I think that’s just life on an island with lots of humidity, wind and salt water.
