8.4/10 Very good! (1,006 reviews)
We were able to check-in a bit early which was helpful and our deluxe room was clean and in good working order.
Breakfast was very nice, the staff there gave us takeaway cups and bags when we asked. No problem at all..
The location is excellent being near to tube stations. Didn't use gym, but seemed popular.. was small though

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,369 reviews)
Breakfast was cold and the room was very very busy . But it was half term so lots of kids . I think it would be better when the kids are in school. The lifts are very slow so you have to wait some time for them to.

Breakfast is excellent and good varieties. Need to have a sofa or a few lounge chairs at the reception area for guest to sit around while waiting for friends or share ride
