I stayed at the Versailles and overall had a great experience. The staff were helpful and the property itself is beautiful. My room on the ninth floor had an amazing view of the water, with beautiful homes and yachts nearby.
The only downside was that Club LIV is located in the hotel. I stayed during a Sexyy Red concert, and when the event ended around 4:00 AM, the lobby was packed with drunk partygoers. It felt uncomfortable walking through the crowd to get to my Uber. I also didn't see any security, and there was only one front desk employee who seemed overwhelmed by guests asking about rides and food deliveries.
Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms desperately need to be remodeled.
It was very difficult to get chairs by the pool or ocean.
The room service food waa good, and the dining area overlooking the ocean was lovely.
