A Truly Peaceful Retreat My stay at Last Word Constantia was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm and serenity that made it easy to relax and unwind. The atmosphere throughout the property is beautifully peaceful, with a warmth and quiet elegance that makes you feel instantly at home. The room was exceptional: spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with every comfort you could need. It felt luxurious without being overly formal, creating the perfect balance between indulgence and relaxation. Waking up to the tranquil surroundings was a real highlight. A couple of my favourite details were: crème brûlée left in my room as a treat. Simply delicious. Also finding a perfectly prepared gin and lemon waiting in my room, a small gesture that immediately made me feel looked after. It's these little surprises that set Last Word apart What makes Last Word Constantia so special is the combination of impeccable comfort, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere of complete peace. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly switch off and enjoy the moment. I left feeling refreshed, rested, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are well maintained.

An absolutely beautiful property. Beautiful gardens and warm and welcoming owners and staff.

Great location. Within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and the popular mall. We booked this hotel after reading some reviews especially about Pumi the welcoming host and go to person. Pumi certainly lived up to that positive review I read. She was awesome, very professional and took care of all our needs. We stayed for 11 nights. She was accurate with her professionalism and taking care of our needs. The only reason for not full star on other reviews is the tables, for a luxury apartment which we used to, the tables need replacing or refurbished. The first apartment we were at was not properly cleaned by the house keeper. Pumi wanted to make sure that our business trip there was not going to be affected and moved us to the 5th floor with Eunice being out fabulous and awesome house keeper. She's definitely for keeps! Definitely won't be back there in 10 months of Pumi and Eunice are not there. They made our stay memorable and pleasant. Hope the tables will be replaced by then as well. We know luxury, the tables, definitely not. Vicky

Breakfests were fine, but the lunches and dinners in the restaurant were not so good.
