It's a shame there are no staff or front desk at the hotel.

Staff is top notch! They help you with anything you need. Literally the best people ever. Beautiful amenities and rooms. Super convenient location to anywhere.

Hillary was very kind and accommodating to our early arrival. Our room was in the basement and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. It’s a beautiful home and quite nice.

The property was beautiful especially the lobby and the restaurants. The check in desk was a bit hard to find. Entrance for hotel guests was hidden behind what looked like a linen closet.

The Scott is a beautiful property, and the staff is incredible! Everyone we talked to was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to do whatever they could to help. We stayed here one night to end our trip in Scotland on a high note, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was delicious, and they were able to substitute gluten free toast for some of their dishes when we asked. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Edinburgh!

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were great. The design was superb and the location was excellent. I enjoyed borrowing a Strathberry purse for my stay as well as the plant buddy. I ate once at the restaurant in the hotel Baba and it was excellent. There is a nearby Pret if you want to get a modestly priced breakfast.

This is the best area to stay in - totally walkable to so many sights. I loved this quirky hotel and the staff was incredible. LOVED IT!

The room was very small and the shower was very hard to manipulate. The breakfast was fine and generous. The restaurant was not good for dinner as it was dominated by the bar.
