Floors in my room didn’t look very well vacuumed, but everything else looked okay. Then the day of checking out, the housekeepers came into our room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door and said “your checkout is today”. Yes, I knew that. DO NOT DISTURB!

The room was ready 5 hour after check in time and the staff did nothing to ease the pain . Pedro at Front desk had a very unprofessional attitude.After being on the road for 26 hours the experience was by far the best
