Very clean and big room

Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Clean room and able to check in early. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location wise is good too, many good eatery restaurants near by. Not too far from MTR station.

Staying at the Regent Hong Kong was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of in every possible way. We booked two rooms and both of them are so clean. The restaurant - the market - is very convenient and a good choice for both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

Room was clean and spacious. my daughter was tickled pink by the bathroom/closet/trick door situation. You could open the door (no walk through) from the bathroom to the bedroom in front the sink counter. Or if you were hiding in the closet, you could pop into the bathroom via a secret mirror door. Only thing I could complain about was the usb-a plugs next to each bed instead of usb-c, we we had to go an buy more cables

Quite good. It offers me upgrade when there are better rooms for the nights.
