Having a shower caused the whole room to flood. Staff came quickly fortunately to mop it up. But unfortunately I have a pair of ruined Ugg boots ( luckily that was all that was on the ground)
Asked for some sort of compensation but was told that was not possible due to my booking was for a disabled room !! Apparently disabled people can cope with having their room flooded!!
