From where to start. Everything was terrible. Hotel desperately needs renovation and improvements. Rooms are stinky and 30 years old. For 5 star hotel food options were like 3 star. Prices are very expensive and only 5 types of food. People are going outside to buy their own food. Kids starved as hotel served same type of food 3 days in a row. Never seen low quality of hotel and service for 5 star hotel. First and last time visiting this hotel.
