Beach Cities Orange County Adventure Holidays

Location is fantastic walking distance to pacific city pool ok needs refreshing. Loungers are soiled and not enough umbrellas for their guests. Towel service was lacking. Not enough towels and they always ran out. Property is in need of a refresh overall. Bedding and linen’s as well. Housekeeping under par. They didn’t change our sheets during our stay. Only made the bed and replaced towels. Not acceptable! We had to ask for our beverage center to be refilled daily. Valet and front desk was the best service overall. Everything else including the restaurants were not great and lacking service. We will probably try something else next time.

I have stayed at this resort off and on for approximately 10 times. Each stay has been with kids. I have enjoyed every stay. The kids have fun. The staff is great. The property is generally well maintained and clean. The hotel has a mix of different pools, shops, and venues. It is a short walk to downtown HB. I particularly like the bridge across PCH to get to the beach. It makes it easy and safe. I think my only negative comment is that the food is just average at best. Nothing really knocks your socks off, even the more expensive venues. However, that has never served as any reason to not come back. We always do.
