The hotel was very clean and orderly.
Neighbourhood is great. The only thing i didnt like was the mattress was a bit soft for my liking. You can get better value at the Riu around the corner

Ac was not working properly- the hotel staff had someone come look at the unit and he claimed it was fixed but the temp never went below 76 degrees. Not comfortable at all!!

Generally very good and in a great location to access everything in the Niagara area. Our only complaint is while they say the pool is adult only after 9PM, they do not enforce that and as there were lots of kids at the resort, there were kids in the pool at 10:30 the night we wanted to use it. When they left the pool they went directly into the hot tub. They disregarded the request of an employee. Perhaps it was our mistake to stay in a facility that caters to families during the summer, and that is my only complaint as it is a very nice hotel/resort with very nice facilities - just too many kids for our taste.
