Lovely place to stay. Very vibrant even at night with food places on the same street. The hotel it was beautifully decorated and provides daily free drink at the top floor. Free breakfast in the morning was also delicious for me. Would love to come back and stay again. I miss it already!

Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

It's an excellent location for an overnight stay if you are travelling. It's close to the airport and the shuttle is efficient. The issue it's two part and you have to change elevators to reach your room.

Excellent customer service- hotel was extremely clean, cleaning lady kept our room very clean and replenished with all amenities that hotel provided. Breakfast was fabulous with variety choices every morning. Restaurant staff kept the place just immaculate. My wife and I surely enjoyed the stay and we unreservedly recommend this facility to other guests. Thanks.

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!
