We had a wonderful stay at the resort.
Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our battler, Omar, did an amazing job making our vacation unforgettable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it truly felt like a perfect place to unwind. We really enjoyed our second time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 days and the room and parties were great however the staff was probably the worst I’ve experienced at any RIU. Not only did the hotel cleaning mix 7up with our open water when she cleaned the room to not “waste It” but the staff harassed my fiancée countless times about not speaking Spanish and tried to charge us 250 for wanting our wrist band removed to be tightened so It does not get lost. None the less we got engaged on the resort but to this specific location I’d avoid. All the RIUs meet at one location for the parties anyway and you’d probably get better service elsewhere with less attitude.
