The staff was AMAZING! Everyone treated us so well and always greeted us with a smile! Special shoutout to our concierge Ernesto and Franklin! They made my birthday sooo special, memorable and fun! Same with Angelo and Yeffrey at the pool bar! They were amazing and we became fast friends! This resort is top notch! From the service to the amazing food options! Loved every minute!
