The room was clean! Checking in was a complete ZOO! 1 hour & 15 minutes in line???? The lobby looked like a third world airport with kids, adults layed out on the floor,kicking soccer balls. It was awful. No concierge. The staff told me they are very short staffed…. Why? I’ll never come back!

Stuff was friendly and helpfull

clean, quiet hotel without the sensory attacks of the Vegas strip. free breakfast included. Room was very spacious with king bed and double sinks in the bathroom. Perfect for a couples getaway

We were in a room with two queen beds and a couch. I am handicap so I needed a scooter and there was enough room in the room to move around and with the scooter. The bathroom was clean. There were a couple of negative things that need improvement in the bathroom. First a skid resistance mat in the shower. The second thing is instead of having just 2 towels at bare minimum there should’ve been 4 towels available. I like the availability of multiple different restaurants within the Rio. I especially liked the Korean barbecue , Kang’s. As far as the casino is concerned, there was a wide variety of different machines and tables to choose from. I guess the only disappointing part of the casino is there’s no Poker Room. Taking in consideration that it was the Poker capital (WSOP) for a couple of decades you would think that they would have at least 2 or 3 poker tables available. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The one big concern or complaint I might have is, there were eight elevators or more available, but it seemed like only three were in service.
