The hotel was good, but we had a issue with the room cleaning, they never was there to clean, we press to clean everyday but they only appeared the day that I was to do check out

Room was clean and access was fairly easy. My only complaint is I was told there would be a $125 hold on my card that would be removed at checkout, but there is still a $75 hold on my card that has been there for three days now. When I try to call the phone rings once and hangs up.

It’s medicore. It’s on par for this type of hotel in this location. I checked in, carried all my stuff up and my room was dirty. Back down to the office, not a single word to me as he left, arrived five minutes later and handed me a card to a new room without a single word. Just annoying. I’m staying down in LA for months for work and won’t return here.
