A great location and easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the court yard restaurant and bar, a little place of peace in a busy city. Deluxe king room was perfect to come back to after a day out, and the bed so comfortable. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

This was my second visit to the hotel within a few weeks. The weather was better so I enjoyed the outdoor eating area for breakfast.
However, this time there were cockroaches in the room which wasn’t a pleasant experience. Disappointing response from hotel.

Had a great stay here. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Reception was helpful up until I was checking out. They unfortunately left the new girl on her own and she was a bit confused about what I owed. It took a lot longer than expected, but thankfully my flight was delayed so it wasn't an issue getting to the airport on time. Also, the management later contacted me because they thought I hadn't paid my full bill, but it was because hotels.com/Expedia didn't give them the full amount even though I pre-paid before I even arrived. Thankfully I had proof that I had paid or else the hotel would have charged me extra. Hopefully, the process is improved in the future, other than that, I had a lovely stay.
