Pool was closed , but did not mention that on Expedia …took my 5 year old son who wanted a hotel with a pool
Have platinum VIP status with Expedia … room upgrade was higher floor
VIP PErk never came had to ask the front desk for it upon check out.
Had far better service at more luxury hotels forsure .

Housekeeping went above and beyond. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Honey and Salt restaurant had delicious food. There were many options for restaurants within the hotel. The terrace garden on level 6 was beautiful along with the rooftop hot tub and aqua lounge. The location is fantastic especially if going to an event at BC place or Rogers arena. The aqua taxi is accessible within a couple minute walk. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station to catch the train to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous.
