I love, love, love this hotel. Staff are always exemplary, from front desk to room attendants, to general manager. Friendly, helpful, quick service. My only complaint this time, was there was almost zero water pressure in the kitchen sink, the tap literally dribbled. So I had to use the bathroom sink to get water for cooking, drinking or cleaning. Other than that, this hotel is always my go-to in Vancouver.

They were very helpful. I liked the area too.

Great location near restaurants, ferries, and walking / running paths (very walkable!). Room was small but comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. We were allowed to check in very early and check out late. We appreciated the service as our flight to Vancouver was early in the morning.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! A+++ So close to everything! And in safe area did not feel unsafe walking at night with my girlfriend. Beautiful hotel, very old, but beautiful nonetheless. Very clean. And very comfortable. Alouette Bistro is a lovely French restaurant. Food delicious. See with drinks and service. We’ll go back again in a heartbeat.

Pool area had bird poop on all the chairs. The restaurant only serves breakfast. Everything else was as expected.

Staff were fantastic, great location, Spa service was excellent. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool.

My stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, elegant, refined, and flawlessly maintained but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the consistently outstanding service across every part of the hotel. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A big shout out to Vanessa from Reflection, the level of hospitality was top-class and made the entire stay feel effortless and special. A very special thank you to Kathy from housekeeping, who was truly fantastic. Her attention to detail was incredible. Towels were changed daily and sometimes even twice daily. My phone charging cables were neatly organised with cable ties, which was such a thoughtful touch, and I was even left a cleaning cloth for my spectacles. Biscuits were left daily in our room and slippers were placed near the bed every night. On returning to our room, it was immaculate and beautifully arranged with obvious care and pride in her work. Luxury hotels are defined by the small details, and Rosewood Hotel Georgia delivers them perfectly. Exceptional service, beautiful rooms, outstanding dining, and a team that clearly cares deeply about the guest experience. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.
