It's the little details - they replenish our complimentary water everyday, same goes for fresh towels, dental kits, etc... the staff are very attentive during breakfast service. The free airport shuttle service was a pleasant surprise.
Our room was spacious and clean. My only suggestion is to have a proper shower door or make the glass partition wider. Water always splatter all over the floor with just the current small glass partition.
