The unit was fine, somewhat small and odd furnishings. overall, fine.

We have stayed on two occasions, once on the north facing side and once on the south facing side. We much prefer the north facing side due to the sun. Unfortunately though with this stay we had some issues that will probably prevent us from returning. The noise from the quests below was unacceptably loud when they were using their deck to a point where we needed to close the sliding doors. I think the sound just bounced of the glass balustrade and made it sound like they were in our apartment. The second issue was that the bed linen in the master bedroom was thread bare and well passed its use by date. Other than that, we love Soul on the Esplande, its location, its facilities and the apartment layouts.

It was a good stay for the price. A quiet location and staff pleasant.

Lack of parking if there is more than one car.

Straight onto the beach, great location

Perfect location. Highly recommend the accessibility to beach,shops,restaurants and transport. Housekeeping could be improved. Lift service needs to undergo some Maintenace.

Great cafe onsite that stays open til 2pm with lovely garden surrounding. Excellent outdoor pool area and indoor pool and spa. The spa is not as hot as some which I enjoyed because I could stay in it longer. The dry sauna is small but nice but remember to turn it to warm it up before you get in it. The room had great city views and could even see a bit of the ocean. It needs a good deep clean of carpet and drapes though as the room smelled like a room that his been closed up too long. Not awful but noticeable. Full kitchen. We stayed in a 1bedroom with double foldout couch for extra people. Tell the front desk if you need to use it, as they will need to set it up with linens first. A bit dated, but no big deal. I stay in the area alot. A decent stay and was worth what we paid.

Beautiful views from 21st floor of beach, place dated and not the flashest but was perfect for what we needed.

Nice little appartment. Great convenient location with a nice view of sunset.
