Did not like the long walk from the parking garage to the check in counter. Also did not like being charged $20 a day for parking while I'm actually staying there.

Large room with a single king. Ice room but the bed was pretty darn firm.
Easy to walk to several casinos to Check out and the ladies making the lattes in the lobby were on spot!!

The concierge service was excellent. Housekeeping left a note indicating we would only receive room service, same day, if we requested it (due to our “do not disturb” sign. Later, the sign was taken down, but housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter the room without having been called. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Times Square. The Grab’n Go sandwiches we purchased downstairs were all stale.
