The hotel was in a great location, convenient to lots of sightseeing and attractions, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and updated, which was a plus. However, I was a little disappointed because the photos were somewhat misleading and didn’t accurately reflect the property. The entrance was located down an alley, which wasn’t necessarily a problem, but the alleyway was very dirty and not what I would have expected. The hotel also advertised having a bar, but it was actually just a coffee bar. While it was available 24 hours a day, complimentary coffee was only offered for two hours in the morning. Overall, the convenient location, cleanliness, updated interior, and friendly staff were positives, but the misleading photos, condition of the entrance, and advertised amenities didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The rooms were very clean and the entire staff was incredibly nice and responsive. We stayed one night, left for three days and came back for 9 days. Our kids also had rooms at the hotel. It was a convenient location for walking to all tourist areas in Rome. For those with allergies to preservatives, there is very little "home made" food in the city of Rome. Most sandwich shops and restaurants use production bread. Would highly recommend Forno Ceralli 1920 for amazing sandwiches - they are a bakery and made their own bread. We made an extra trip to buy food for our long flights home.

Very convenient location next to thr forum and close to Colloseum. Good breakfast. Dined once on premises, and liked the food and wine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke very good English. City tax was collected at the hotel at €10 per person per day. Rather steep IMO, but it is probably the same anywhere in Rome.
