The cleanliness the staff are all incredible, so helpful they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. the room is clean and spacious; breakfast is delicious and very convenient the best place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Location and Comfortable Stay The hotel is conveniently located near both the metro and bus stations, making transportation very easy. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including halal restaurants and a wide variety of international cuisines, which is extremely convenient. The room was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was fast and efficient. The hotel also has a gym available for guests, which is a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful, making the stay even more pleasant. I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee provided daily—it tasted great. I would definitely consider staying at James Joyce Coffetel again on my next visit.

Staff and valet were polite and awesome.Free tea, coffee, latte, espresso, and you make it all on your own. They had a laundry room free of charge with detergent, etc, available! Close walks to many venues and restaurants. Free water and ice. Had vending machines downstairs for late night munchies.

carpet wasn't super clean. internet was very good. water pressure excellent. breakfast was great. overall verygood

Friendly staff and room is clean.

My 2nd. stay in 1 week. Room, check in, and staff are very good. You just need to make sure your driver knows where reception is as its part of a shopping centre and not on the main Road. I would say the downside is there is no bar and once you check out your out, no where to sit. But there are plenty of good eating places right across the road and it's attached to a mall so coffee shops are nearby. Breakfast is good, concierge is helpful and they do store your bags. Both rooms I stayed in were excellent.
