Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly.
I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice; lives up to all the good reviews. The room was nice as well; the bed was a bit hard and the two beds to make “one” kind of sucks for a couple because the gap in the middle is uncomfortable. Maybe a plush topper would help? The breakfast was really good and the staff were high class, they wer always friendly! The hotel is in a prime location; We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
