9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,292 reviews)
The location is excellent for shopping and public transport was easily accessible to get anywhere else quickly. The room was very nice as well and the hotel had sheets of restaurant recommendations by type of food - super helpful! Only downside was that the streets outside are active and can be noisy until quite late.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, and has places to shop and dine. The free shuttle to Osaka station was also a plus. Great place to stay.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (11 reviews)
We felt absolutely spoiled here. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Easy to find cabs and the bus was just outside giving easy access. Good restaurants within walking distance though not in the thick of things. Definitely recommend.
