Very helpful well trained staff clean and tidy good room service i would definitely recommend this hotel, if we visit Hanoi in the future we wouldn't look anywhere elase for a hotel

Everything, but mainly the staff. Alex, Angie and Jimmy as well as the staff behind the scenes went above and beyond. They were helpful, kind, chatty and professional. It made our holiday! Cleaning, breakfast, taxi, and trips were all perfect.
