Room was spotless Servises was great no complaints at all keep up good work

Staff was very welcoming.

They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in the evening. If youre looking for a quiet and reserved getaway then this is it. The rooms and boat itself was decent but Ha Long Bay, the star of the show needs to be cleaned up... BADLY!!. Was in total shock and saddened by how filthy it was. Styrofoam, plastic bottles, desiel fuel and junk is floating evwrywhere. Have fun swimming if you like. 👎 Dont get me wrong, scenery is stunning even on a gloomy day; we had a lil rain and fog but the its saddening to see such a beautful place being destroyed.

What an absolutely fantastic establishment! From the moment you step in - in fact, the welcome starts even before you enter the hotel - to wonderful facility itself and the AMAZING staff, your stay here would be a very memorable one. As soon as my taxi pulled up at the location, members of the staff came outside to greet me and help me with my luggage. This was followed by a refreshing welcome drink and fruit as you were being checked in by personnel at the front desk. Louisa, the team member who welcomed me, was so knowledgeable in her details of the hotel and the surroundings area, that I immediately wanted to start exploring. Throughout my stay, the staff was always so attentive to my needs, charming in their approach, and friendly in our interactions. I never felt like a guest, but more like a member of a family. Every question was answered, every need met. I accidentally turned on the "do not disturb" button one day when I was going out to explore, and upon my arrival, realized my room was not cleaned. I called the front desk, and they immediately selt someone up - after 8pm at night! The hotel has the most varied breakfast menu, boasting a range of western and vietnamese dishes. Everything was tasty and wonderfully presented (Vanforie was especially delightful and ever so helpful). I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and it's team, including Rose (a darling), Jason (fantastic mixologist) and the team manning the door (so professional). Book it now!

This hotel looks very nice decor wise but the service is really quite poor and staff don’t seem well trained at all. The icing on the cake was a crane arriving in the middle of the night dumping huge metal bars on top of the ceiling of our top floor room. It’s also a bit too far away from the old town. Would not recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Nice food. Excellent air conditioning. Amazing roof top pool area. Wishing walking distance to night markets and main shopping areas.

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!
