Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The pool was refreshing and convenient. The air conditioner worked perfectly we were pleased with our stay.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Good location. Good on-site dining options. Terrible list and found service, zero interest in locating and returning items left in rooms. Reported left items same day as check out, provided full details of which drawer they were in, but miraculously cannot be found which takes 10 days to inform by which time guest review questionnaire no longer available. Won’t be back.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.
