Staff were very helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel was far from the busy atreets which was a plus.

Carpet on hallway is not clean and smelly, room is not as smelly but not refreshed, location is excellent and safe.

A special and heartfelt thank you must go to your outstanding Housekeeping team. The care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Specifically, we would like to commend Miss Chen Shu Sheng, who managed our Room 0919 for the first part of our stay. Her work was impeccable. We also extend our sincere thanks to Miss Tian Xiao Lang, who took over so seamlessly for the second leg of our trip. Both ladies maintained our room to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort, making it a true "home away from home." It is always a pleasure to see your housekeeping staff whenever we are in Taipei. Beyond the exceptional housekeeping, the hotel's strategic location is a massive advantage for families. Being within easy reach of the High-Speed Rail, Railway, and Bus/MRT stations made navigating the city with our kids and elderly parents an absolute breeze. Our appreciation extends to every department that made our stay seamless: the Front Office team for their warm welcomes, the Concierge for their assistance, the Security team for ensuring our safety, the Gym staff, and the Breakfast Buffet team for starting our days off right. The room is AI-powered, which is quite interesting. I really appreciate the hotel’s extra touches, like complimentary souvenirs, snacks, and even a bottle of wine, such pleasant surprises. The only downside is that the bathtub is rather small, just enough for one person

The only issue i had was the breakfast menu, no fried egg and bacon!!

Easy inexpensive transport from airport on one bus with very short walk (bus 1819). We booked a large double room and the space is good. Reliable hot water, frig and electric kettle in room - great! Fab area full of shops and eateries. The hotel and room are a bit worn, which I mention because that matters to some. However it's clean and very good for me. Would stay again.

Perfect location for anyone coming to visit Taipei. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly keeping in touch with the airport for me in regard to my lost luggage. I only had a few points that could be improved. The shower area is not cleaned whilst staying in the room. This led to a build up of slime/algae, and the drain started to smell. The washing and dryers are a good facility to have, however the washing machines do not drain/spin the clothes very well and the dryers take ages to dry. Note that dryer 2 does not work properly. The staff request you remain with your washing whilst it’s cleaning, however the whole process takes around 4 hours for the clothes to wash and fully dry. The door threshold has a big gap (about 1 inch) at the bottom, a slight concern for privacy, noise and light coming through. Again, I just want to highlight how lovey the staff were, especially in letting us check in early! Just a few points that are more for management.
