The staff could not do enough for us, they were all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, swim at night for a better view.

Close to sky walk and shopping malls with food courts, street markets and close walk to Benchakiti Park. The pool is a nice cool off on a hot summer day. Fun for kids with kid center, foosball table and air hockey.

Nice and quiet big room and wonderful gym. Staff is super.

The rooms are nice and clean. Its always quiet. The bathroom is modern and new. The bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Awesome location. I have stayed her 3 times and always enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel! My husband and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the delicious breakfast and excellent room service to the incredibly attentive staff, every detail was amazing. I would definitely stay here again—next time, we’ll just upgrade to a larger room!

We stayed at three different hotels while in the Sukhumvit 11 area: Aira, Solitaire, and Nysa. Hands down, Nysa is the best one. I would recommend skipping the others even though the price is sometimes more attractive. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok. BTW, water bottles are complimentary as well at Nysa which is a nice touch.
