The Mandarin Savoy Hotel is exceptional. Perfectly located on the Bahnhofstrasse, opposite the famous Paradeplatz. The interior is well designed and the rooms are elegant and luxurious. I have stayed in many of the five-star hotels in Zurich over the years. This undoubtedly is the best.

Restaurant staff were lazy and unattentive. Check-in was done wrong, leading to room keys cancelled after day one. Wifi also cancelled on day one and never restored. The room was excellent for the price we paid. The cleaning staff were very good.
