This hotel is rated as a four star. In all of my travels I can honestly say that it should be a 3 star. Room pictures are deceiving making them look larger. Lobby has only 2 chairs and a bench. Air conditioning will not cool the rooms any lower than 23.5 C, and room hallways are not air conditioned at all. Buffet breakfast is ok, and staff are very polite and courteous. Building is run down...in need of a major renovation. Been to other Shilla Stay hotels and I have never had these issues in the past

The exhaust fan at bathroom is not working and bad smell during stay. Lavatory drain is not drain properly. Staffs of hotel are not smile and solid face.
