It offers a free shuttle service to the train station, which is super convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a good variety. Just a few things to note: there’s no ATM on-site, they don’t offer currency exchange, and the laundry facilities require coins—so plan ahead. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay!

This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff provided good service, but the carpet in the room was very old, dusty, and there were very few amenities in the bathroom. Drinking water had to be refilled by yourself from the water cooler next to the elevator, which is not appropriate for a five-star hotel.

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Friendly, clean, safe, super convenient. Steps away from subway and Victoria Park. Lots of delicious food to choose from. Immediately blend in. Highly recommended.
