From start to finish, our stay was excellent... check in was smooth and quick. Shirley was awesome and super engaging. The valet was super friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

I started my stay in the Diamond tower and it is run down. Needs to be updated. Walls and furniture were pretty dirty.
Moved to the Tapa tower which was better.

For me as long as the room, sheets, towels, and bathroom are clean then I consider it a good hotel to stay for the price. The room was only where I slept and to get ready so I wasn’t looking for a lot of amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful when I had questions. It was a plus that the room did not have a musty, damp smell like other hotels.
