St Martin's Adults Only Holidays

This is a new hotel with fantastic large rooms and guest service of any 5 star hotel. They are adding new amenities with the final build out of this property, that will make it even more appealing. The hotel is spacious and very accommodating and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for adult individual or business travel. I will make this our destination in the future.

Great for a group

Hotel 32 32 has a great location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and you actually have some space in it, The price was good. The best part is having a balcony in NYC. Dreamy! Def would return.

It was a nice enough hotel, but nothing really to write home about. Of particular disappointment though, was the smell in the room. It smelled of dog urine in the carpet. The house cleaning staff failed in the hallway, leaving dirty laundry and dirty dishes (prior guests - it was all there when I checked in) for the better part of my stay. The main hotel and the room were both pretty clean, but the smell of dog urine in the carpet, and the unkept hallway docked 2 stars.

Great location, only okay property. The whole building has an odd smell to it, and when we arrived there was trash everywhere in the hallway (eventually emptied, so maybe it was just exactly the wrong time to get there).

Clean rooms with kitchenettes. Location is ideal. Across the street is Fairway Groceries with Cafe 74 above. Next to hotel is Viand(sp?) Restaurant. The beautiful theater is next door on other side. Subway is two blocks away. We stay here every visit to NYC, it’s very convenient.
