This was excellent hotel. Good location. Staff was very helpful. Ask for Panos at reception desk.

Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

The Hotel was great! Centrally located for shopping and dining and most importantly close to the Parthenon. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for brunch and dinner. The views of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. We would definitely stay again! Avery provided excellent service on the rooftop restaurant. And the Reception attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Best staff ever!!! Great location. Good breakfast. Had view of acropolis from room balcony. Clean room and spacious room. Quiet hotel.

Nice property located fairly close to downtown. Staff are friendly but not very helpful. I originally was staying for one night and booked a room with an acropolis view. I had to extend another night a few days before arriving and original room was not available. Hotel staff absolutely would not work with me to find any permutation to stay in the same room. So I had to rush back from a downtown breakfast meeting to vacate room, new room wasn’t ready so then had to wait around for indefinite time period to be able to get my Work setup going again. Not 5 star service

Rather disappointing for the very high nightly cost. Expected a very great deal more, especially as we had a junior suite which was just a slightly bigger room with a bed with just the frame of a 4 poster bed. The bathroom was ok but the towels small and thin. Alcohol in the room was free (4 small, bottles of whisky, vodka etc) but soft drinks and water were chargeable! Eventually they started leaving small bottles of water by the bed I the evening - not before time. Staff were very accommodating but that just isn’t enough for what was expected for a sky high nightly cost. Breakfast was good on the roof terrace but the pool was small and average. The setting is not near the water either. So there are many other hotels better situated which would be a better choice undoubtedly.

1. Unfortunately this property is in the homeless assistance area, there'are a shelter and a dining homeless assistance places and you see them all on the streets and they are always asking for money. 2. The staff working schedule is limited, if you have any incidents, there's no one to assist you 3. They don't change towels even if you leave them on the floor. You have to be present during the staff working hours to request it. I recommend this place just be aware about what I mentioned, however, I won't return to this place

The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. A nine minute walk to the beach and many different eateries and ice cream shops. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And sleeps six comfortably and probably up to eight if you have little kids that can sleep on the couch. The only thing that made me nervous about this property was the communication with staff. There were times responses took up to and over a month.

It was located right we needed to be for what we wanted to do. Great breakfast and very helpful getting us transportation.
