Good location. Very helpful staff. Especially Ms May, Anna and Kate. We will be back. We love the place and the housekeepers always very nice to my baby. We feel like home here

The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do.

العيب الوحيد فقط في الموقع بعيد عن المحلات السياحية و دخله الفندق شوي صعبة ونزله بتعاني مع التكاسي ينزلون للبوابة لتحميل الشنط او التنزيل
