The hotel was great Sandra was very helpful at check-in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We met the kitchen manager Bertha who went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience and never failed to ask if we ever needed anything. She has a great attitude and nice personality and knew how to accommodate our needs. We ate at the Rosata restaurant the beef and the margherita pizza were excellent. The cevecheria was also another great lunch spot by the beach. The steak restaurant in the evening was also pretty tasty. The buffet had a great variety every day I really enjoyed it. The men working the outdoor bar in the cevecheria always approached us and made sure we were good with drinks. The drinks were quite delicious and not watered down (piña coladas and Palomas were good). Overall, for the price and what it had to offer it was great. The only thing to note is that they close the restaurants at certain hours to switch foods daily, but they do offer 24hr room service.

Great romantic or family trip. We have gone with family groups for HS graduations and had a blast. Private beach, infinity adult pool, and a swim up bar in main pool. All inclusive with a variety of restaurants for dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great. Rooms are clean and really nice. And all staff very helpful. Highly recommend

Overall it's a value play. The room was huge (2 rooms 3 bath and a sofa bed). The pool entertainment was great. The pool and beach were fun. For the most part the staff were really friendly. The food here is by far the most awful all inclusive ever. Hot dogs are not sausage. No matter how many times you cut them up it's still a hot dog. It will never be a sausage. And if you want green eggs without the ham this is your place. Dishes were not clean. Couldn't even stomach the 'dinner food'. It's funny how many times we saw Uber Eats come into the property.... AT AN ALL INCLUSIVE!!! Cockroaches in our room. One shower didn't work. And you will get pressure to take a tour for a timeshare that they claim is not a timeshare.... trust me. Just say no.
