North Island Adults Only Holidays

Upon checking in Barry stated he did not know how I managed to book into the B&B as it is closed and he put us into the hotel next door and told us he had upgraded us. Not sure an upgrade was given as cereal was in room as was orange juice and bread in fridge and we had paid for a cooked breakfast but this was not supplied. It would have been nice to receive a phone call explaining the situation so we could have made other arrangements. I had to clean the kettle and cups before use and the room was not serviced the next day, they only took rubbish away
