Cleanner streets surrounding hotel must be a task of city manager.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Great place to stay - clean

I love the neighborhood. It’s very walkable and anything I need is within walking distance. If I get a good room, the view is amazing. This time I didn’t have a great room with the view.

This property definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation, though with a few issues. The staff, layout, decor, and amenities were first rate. I stayed in one of the pool suites, which had a beautiful balcony! And the views from the rooftop and proximity to iconic Capitol Records building are fantastic. On the negative side, other reviewers have commented on the noise levels. I found the ambient noise actually to be quite low, though there is almost constant noise from the outside, whether it’s conversations at the pool several floors below you can hear clearly, the nightclub next door, or the endless things going on from Hollywood Boulevard. One other personal gripe was the valet parking fee. I had a guest visit for a less than 2 hour dinner on a quiet Monday night and the charge was $44. Completely absurd!!!! I know LA parking rates are high, but this a shocker!

True 5* experience beyond what other 5* Hotels offer - certainly a special place to stay with amazing rooms in an amazing location. Great extras for Expedia members too

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

So many of the restaurants were closed. Housekeeping were super nice and did a great job. I know no one does this in Vegas but please - in room coffee!!!

We enjoyed the stay, hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and quiet!

Loved the convenience to Intuit Dome! Quite literally a 5 minute walk from my seats inside the stadium to the hotel room. Didn’t love that we had to valet cars ($60) and quite noisy due to renovation and thin walls. Overall a 8/10 experience. Great for a solo traveler or someone going to a concert at Intuit or game at Sofi!

This was our 4th trip to Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood far exceeded the 3 previous properties. The food was excellent and service remarkable. One suggestion is to ensure check in kiosks are functional prior to a holiday weekend or anytime there will be a large check-in.
