The room was exceptionally clean. The staff members were all exceptionally wonderful, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. I am genuinely disappointed that I cannot recall the name of the young gentleman (he’s from Santo Domingo) who greeted us upon our arrival and assisted us in transporting our luggage to our room. He was an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable individual who provided exceptional assistance whenever we inquired or required assistance. I would rate his service a perfect 20 out of 10. The breakfast was truly exceptional, deserving of a perfect 10-star rating. (The lady in charge maybe just a little loud,but very nice as well ) I intend to return to Barcelona and will not consider any other accommodations. I am an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking excellent customer service.
