The hotel promised air condition, but it was broken. They did not tell us, and when I asked about it, they just said it wasn't working. When I shared a formal complaint, they tried to fix it but were unable to. The hotel has an AI bot through WhatsApp to answer requests, which seems to be just a way to make you feel heard. Overall - air condition was a crucial part of our criteria to pick the hotel for our trip during a heat wave, and they didn't deliver or even tell us that it was broken. Otherwise, the amenities were fine. The room was smaller than it appeared on photos, the water pressure was weak, and there were a few more details that weren't ideal. But overall, if the A/C had been working we would have been happy.

Hotel was fabulous, great location and nice room. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was not great, terrible service.

Excellent central location, just steps from the central train station. The spacious room for a family of 4 was comfortable and quirky (stairs in the room, window facing other windows). The gym was well appointed and had a sauna. The Bathroom was modern and lovely.
