Interesting modern take on hotel experience. Lobby could be freshened up. Beds were extremely uncomfortable with bed mats that were bumpy. Toothpaste left on the countertop. Pool was great.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

We had no cold water in our hotel room. The pool area was not kept clean throughoutbthe day. There was foodnin the hot tub and pool later in the evening when we went to relax. Bstaff response was "it will get cleaned latee tonight"

It was nice parking was a little confusing, lots of added fees for only one night.

Amazing property and got a free room upgrade ! Loved the atmosphere modern yet simplistic look definitely would stay again next time I visit L.A .

This property definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation, though with a few issues. The staff, layout, decor, and amenities were first rate. I stayed in one of the pool suites, which had a beautiful balcony! And the views from the rooftop and proximity to iconic Capitol Records building are fantastic. On the negative side, other reviewers have commented on the noise levels. I found the ambient noise actually to be quite low, though there is almost constant noise from the outside, whether it’s conversations at the pool several floors below you can hear clearly, the nightclub next door, or the endless things going on from Hollywood Boulevard. One other personal gripe was the valet parking fee. I had a guest visit for a less than 2 hour dinner on a quiet Monday night and the charge was $44. Completely absurd!!!! I know LA parking rates are high, but this a shocker!

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Parking, food and drinks were unbelievably expensive but it’s Beverly Hills. Fantastic bartender in the pool area!! My only real complaint was being awakened at 7am by picketers with drums and megaphones right under my balcony in the hotel driveway.

Easy açcess to LAX Airport. Some staffs are very friendly.

Would have been better if there is self parking at low cost as $48 per day parking fee is very expensive.
