DO NOT STAY HERE ! First off the ridiculous charges they add on during checkout is CRAZY ! The bed sucks , shower sucks way to many rules for the price you have to pay to stay here . The only good point of my stay was the view from the balcony . You don’t get any towels even when you constantly ask , The pressure of the water and the temperature of the water SUCKS ! Ice machine to the freezer didn’t work , Water filter to the fridge needed to be changed. The walls are extremely thin i heard my neighbors the whole day/night . Let’s talk about the bed lord jesus they sucked sounded like i was laying on plastic the box spring was extremely dirty . If your washing clothes in the washer check for mold , Our washer was extremely MOLDY ! The location is in a horrible area everything either opens late or closed early i would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !

New hotel (2026), very clean, some things were over looked, You can't run the air conditioner with the curtains closed as they are floor to ceiling and the mini blinds are not black out, only the curtains, which are directly in front of the AC unit, so close that the air return sucks them up while trying to run which means no air flow No door on the showers, the hand held sprayer wand is mounted on the right side of the shower wall instead of the left, so if not adjusted so close to the back wall it will spray out onto the bathroom floor. There are no vent fans in the bathrooms and no electric antifog mirror, So hopefully you don't expect to use the mirror after you shower as wiping the mirror does nothing for the amount of fog after a 10 minute shower. No outlets in the closets on the 10th floor for the iron they have, you have to move or look behind the furniture and get lucky, same with the bedside charging on one side of the bed only. Below the head board. Beds are very firm, no give if you weight under 150lbs

This is my 3rd time staying at this property and it's my favorite hotel in San Francisco. The staff is friendly, it's well situated between fun walkable areas and areas where I often have meetings, and the rooms themselves are comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The main reason we stay here is the location and absolutely amazing buffet breakfast. Now, to the rooms they are dated. The couches are not very comfortable and they absolutely worst thing. Are the TV selections no smart TV, so no streaming Netflix or any other streaming services? A couple of the channels are infomercials, football channels and news, absolutely terrible selection.

We enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located downtown. Clean rooms, good customer service. A nice breakfast that was included in our stay as well. The pool was excellent and felt private with nice cabanas. My only gripe was the 72 dollar a night fee to park 😩
