We absolutely loved Nobleden! The location is excellent. You are right in the middle of Chinatown and little Italy! If you’re a foodie this place is perfect! The hotel gives a discount card for many places around the area. All the food we tried was delicious. You are also near the cheapest souvenirs. Walking distance to the metro. The hotel is clean and the staff is so friendly. They have a microwave and water available downstairs and can’t beat the rooftop views. We would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

We traveled to NYC because our daughter was performing at the Minskoff Theater. So we wanted to be close by .. the weather was great.. the room not so much both hotels have the same issues We asked to be moved because you could tell they previous guest had a pet, which is fine because we are fur baby owners. We had a contact lens stuck on our toilet that was not ours.. the toilet looked like they flushed it and wiped but toliet had some uck not scrub nor the bathtub that you can see hair on the walls. Hair on floor and small trash by beds that are obvious. We found a bottle cap in our bed within our sheets. When we asked the manager if we can have a quick clean of the items in the room the manager looked at us like we asked for him to do it. We finally got a wonderful cleaner Zoila and she was so thorough and we asked she help us the next clean. (and she did and it was great) plus we tip her because she was that good.. We paid 30 per day and doesn't have a spa nor any amenities this was so silly to me where is that 30 bucks go..? They give you 3 bottle water for 7 days.. Upside : cleaner , walked everywhere close by good food and very busy. I enjoy the hussle so it wasn't so bad. Super cute cafe across is wonderful. I may stay there next time. I hope this helps.. Management or even owner should really read this.. you are loosing us as a client and we travel to NYC often. So imagine how many other you can loose this is how companies go belly up.

Not worth the price at all. Bathroom door is broken, 4 star at most.

We had to move rooms three times. First because the HVAC unit was making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think. Second, we found bugs, yes bugs, in our room. The third move was to a larger suite and we were comfortable until we used the shower. The drains were clogged and had to call service. The worst part of it all was the cleaning lady decided to help herself to all the change I had on the coffee table. Won't go there again.

Hotel was very nice and very close to all the broadway theaters.

The room needed a little TLC, as there were a couple of things that were broken in the bathroom, but I made it work. Overall, he hotel was in pretty good shape. The property was clean and conveniently located to everything from food to shopping to entertainment, this hotel is within walking distance to EVERYTHING, including transportation. The price was very reasonable for NYC and the staff were amazing. I had a great experience and will definitely be booking my next stay in NYC at Candlewood Suites Times Square!!!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They always make me feel welcome and they all seem to actually get along and like each other (if they don’t they are faking it really well;)
