I really enjoyed the room and the view. I got to use the gym was very nice and fully equipped. I ordered room service breakfast ok the second day and the food was not only delicious but still hot when it arrived

Property was clean and friendly staff. Expensive hotel to stay at, and I thought the prices for everything was over priced. I enjoyed my stay but I received the same services and luxury stay as the Palazzo but the prices to eat and shop was more reasonable and affordable.

Great location, good hotel and well worth the price.
Having CVS and Starbucks inside the property was very convenient. The hotel is also connected to the Fashion Mall which is great for shopping.
I highly recommend this hotel for family and solo travelers.

The free gift set up to sell time shares was very misleading and an inconvenience. I heard this upset some of the other guests as well. If Westgate could take this into consideration it would be good. Otherwise everything was fine.
