Nice apartment in a great location. 5 minutes walk to Evangelismos metro which goes directly to the airport, the city centre and the Piraeus ferry port. Also an easy walk to the botanic garden, the Lycabettus hill walk/funicular, and Syntagma square. Nice local restaurant next door and lots of cafes around. Multuple supermarkets within 5 to 10 munute walk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Always a pleasure staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the hotel is in great shape and condition.

clean, excellent location and value

Lovely little hotel in a perfect spot with amazing views of the Acropolis from our suite. All the major sites were within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were great and helped us with transportation and logistics. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Athens.

When I booked The Newel Kolonaki, it had only one review because the hotel had just opened. Normally I would hesitate, but something about it gave me a good feeling and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts. It ending up being one of the best hotels we’ve stayed. The Newel exceeded every expectation. We booked two Panorama Balcony Superior Suites. Both were spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. As a brand-new hotel, everything felt fresh, modern, and luxurious, from the premium bedding and plush towels to the thoughtful attention to detail throughout. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and added a personal touch that set this hotel apart. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Kolonaki, one of Athens’ most beautiful, upscale, and safe neighborhoods. We were able to walk everywhere, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions just steps away. The area was vibrant yet peaceful, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right, but The Newel Kolonaki does. Combining luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location, it delivered an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute of our time there and will absolutely be back on our next trip to Athens.

clean, excellent location and value

The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain.

An excellent choice for a one-night layover before heading to the port for an island adventure the next day. Just a ten-minute stroll to the Acropolis, and ideally located within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. Close enough to the Parthenon to feel cultured with easy access to the bars in the Plaka The perfect launchpad for both ancient history and a good night out.

The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible. They were very kind and made sure you had a nice experience! The lady at the front desk was the best! Breakfast was next door and easy to access. The location is optimal if you like the vibrant city life. I would use this hotel again.
