The staff, from the Manager down to the pool cleaners, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was FABULOUS, and the room itself was immaculate. Valet recovery took a while, but only because it was very busy. A GREAT experience.

Elevators were regularly broken. No fridge in the room.
I enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly but the price of the hotel is not worth it when it feels broken or under construction.
