Property was nice and water park was amazing! Things are expensive!!! Drift pool was great! Always clean. The front desk was not very helpful. The breakfast buffet accidentally charged me for my child who is 5 years old. When I went to front desk for assistance, they told me I had to go to restaurant to deal with the issue myself. When I got to restaurant the staff there was very surprised I was sent my front desk and the manager at restaurant had to email front desk to take care of it for me. Second example, I went to front desk around 715p to cancel a restaurant reservation, they told me to go to concierge desk. When I arrived no one was there. Two nice staff members at the photography desk informed me that the concierge closes at 7p everyday. The property is big! Upon check in I wasn’t given a map or any guidance on the property and how to get around.

The open bars and the pools were nice, the food was good. The rooms could be upgraded.

Staff were amazing and the service is better than the other two hotels. I would recommend Rosewood before the other two bc of the service they provide.

Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.
