Will be going back to Atlantis moving forward. Staff is not accommodating; you're just another guest in their eyes. Asked for a late check out,100.00 and hour (After spending thousands of dollars on food and drinks... let alone what I spent at Casino!!!!!

Great staff with Michael at the valet and Fredrick at the pool taking good care of us the entire stay. Front desk was helpful at all times, drinks and room service was fast.
