Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Clean hotel, great staff. Recently renovated mainroom, bathroom looked like it had touch ups but was a little older. Shuttle service. Overall good stay.

We booked two rooms and both of them are so clean. The restaurant - the market - is very convenient and a good choice for both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet.

Staying at the Regent Hong Kong was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of in every possible way.
